Turkish Airlines secures Chinese Yuan aircraft financing
Turkish Airlines is the first foreign airline to adopt Chinese Yuan for airline financing.
Three Airbus A350 aircraft that recently joined the fleet are financed in Chinese Yuan by AVIC International Leasing and CCB Financial Leasing.
Turkish Airlines continues to grow in the Chinese market by increasing flight frequencies.
It also has several collaborations with local-based partners in the region
Turkish Airlines Chairman Prof. Ahmet Bolat said; “We are the first airline outside of China to secure Yuan aircraft financing.”
“We not only support our currency hedging but also focus on keeping our financing cost at a minimum.
