United Airlines is adding more nonstop international routes from major hubs Newark and Houston.

It announced new flights to North Africa, South America and a new intra-Asia route.

It unveiled a new flight from Newark to Marrakesh, Morocco and Houston-Medellin, Colombia.

United will also fly from Tokyo-Narita to the Philippines tourist destination of Cebu.

United will also increase flying to popular destinations including Hong Kong; Seoul and Porto, Portugal.

Additionally, the airline will add four weekly flights between Los Angeles and Shanghai.

United now offers nonstop service to 134 international destinations across 67 countries.

“We have consistently been ahead of the curve in finding hidden gem destinations for our customers to explore and remain committed to providing the most unique slate of travel options,” said Patrick Quayle, United’s SVP of Global Network Planning and Alliances,

Tickets for United’s new Shanghai and Cebu flights are on sale now on the United app and on United.com.

Marrakesh and Medellin will be available later this year.

United expands its presence in the Philippines with new year-round, nonstop short haul service from Tokyo-Narita to Cebu, starting July 31.

United becomes the only US carrier to fly to Cebu with daily flights on Boeing 737 aircraft.

United flies to the Philippines capital Manila from San Francisco and from Guam and Palau.

United will also be the sole US airline flying direct to Marrakesh with new service from New York/Newark, launching October 24.

The flight will be offered three times weekly on a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

For the first time ever, United will fly nonstop to Medellin, Colombia with daily service from Houston beginning October 27.
