VISION on Sustainable Tourism is broading its horizons and seeking a group of “Special Advisors†to facilitate this process.
Said Valere Tjolle, VISION Editor, “The Sustainable Tourism industry is developing rapidly and now impinges on so many different discrete areas as well as tourism. For instance, the Green Movement, Sustainability, the LOHAS Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Carbon Trading, International Development, Green Building and many, many more rapidly developing areas.
“We’re looking for experienced networkers, people who understand the meaning of sustainability and have contacts in associated areas. Our chosen group will assist in developing VISION’S message and platforms and assist us in propagating it.â€
“As it is, VISION is the world’s biggest platform for sustainable tourism in the industry, but there’s still a long way to go. This represents a vast range of enormous opportunities.
