Visit USA launches webinar series

Visit USA UK is inviting agents and operators to sign up to its new travel webinar series taking place every Tuesday.

The series has already signed up a cross section of the Visit USA UK membership to host each webinar from city attractions, destination specialists and travel business suppliers.

“We hope the travel trade will set aside just 30 minutes each Tuesday and tune into our talks,” says Kate Kenward, Visit USA UKs CEO.

“These travel webinars are not just for Visit USA members but for the UK industry at large. Reservations staff will obviously benefit, but sales, marketing, PRs and media will also find them extremely useful.”

“Everyone is welcome, whether they are new to selling the USA or just in need of a quick ‘knowledge top-up’,” she added.

The free webinars kick off on 17 September with Visit USA UK business partner Vamoos, a ‘realtime’ travel app that assists travellers by arranging and storing all their essential travel and event information in one place:

Other destination and attraction members hosting webinar talks include Alabama, Capital Region USA, Travel Oregon, Florida’s Space Coast, Los Angeles, Orlando and the Rockefeller Center.

More webinars will be scheduled in the new year.
