  Blue Diamond Resorts streamlines guest experience with Pre-Check in service - News & announcements

  Blue Diamond Resorts has rolled out an Online Pre-Check In service for stays at Royalton and Planet Hollywood. It is a secure online platform that significantly reduces check-in times and allows guests to fast-track their stay. The new initiative allows guests to start the registration process before they arrive on property. Research from the brand shows, on average, guests who complete the pre-check in process will experience a check-in time that is 50% faster than completing the process on arrival. Guests that use the Online Pre-Check-In service can proceed directly to the fast-track line to have their pre-registered documents validated and pick up their AI wrist bands. Guests who want use the service can access their specific hotel’s page on either www.royaltonresorts.com or www.planethollywoodhotels.com by clicking the "Online Pre-Check-In" option. They will be taken through the check in process online. QR codes are also available at each resort, allowing guests to instantly access the Online Pre-Check-In tool and skip the regular check-in queue.

  Blue Diamond Resorts has revealed the upcoming Royalton CHIC Barbados resort will join Marriott International’s Autograph Collection upon its opening. It announced the plans at the 2024 World Travel Market (WTM) in London. The adults-only retreat is slated to open in spring 2026. This new property will be known as Royalton CHIC Barbados, An Autograph Collection All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only. It is positioning Royalton CHIC Resorts as a vibrant ‘Party Your Way’ adult only concept. The Barbados resort is situated 30 minutes from the airport, with suites featuring either oceanfront views or swim-out access. “We are honoured to bring a vibrant new dimension to luxury travel in Barbados” said Jordi Pelfort, President of Blue Diamond Resorts. “This collaboration enhances the unique energy and sophistication of Royalton Resorts on one of the Caribbean’s most beloved islands.” Royalton CHIC Barbados will offer the Diamond Club suite category, providing personalised butler service, access to a private lounge, and enhanced luxury amenities. Guests will also enjoy a choice of seven restaurants and five bars, including the signature Level 12 rooftop bar. It also houses The Royal Spa and offer Royalton FIT classes.
