Contiki rolls out new trips worldwide - News & announcements
Youth adventure travel brand Contiki has launched brand new trips, including to destinations it will visit for the first time.
It includes new tours in North America, Jeju Island, South Korea, Vietnam and Cape Town/
The
North American Glaciers and National Parks trips showcases Banff and Jasper National Parks in Canada and the Glacier National Park over 12 days. The trip includes a Red Jammer bus ride, playing ice hockey with professionals, and visiting Indigenous communities. This type of trip has been growing in popularity among US who want to see the natural beauty of their own backyard.
Vietnam is growing in popularity. After the 10-day
Vietnam Highlights trip and the 27-day
Ultimate South East Asia trip, Contiki has now introduced a 5-day trip that visits the
Ha Giang Loop in Northern Vietnam. Travellers will have the chance to learn about traditional H'mong art and crafts and trail along the Nho Que river on a boat with local guides.
After the success of the recently launched
South Korean Soul trip, Contiki has launched a brand new version, which now includes four days in Jeju Island – popular for its Haenyeo (fisherwomen) culture, and is a hotspot for K-drama lovers.
Contiki has also launched two new trips from
Delhi to Kathmandu by coach and internal flights.
"Asia is the new young-traveller hotspot, and the success of our South Korean Soul trip proves it. That's why we've decided to expand our offering in South Korea," says Taryn Welsh, Asia Operations Director at Contiki.
