Massimiliano, the youngest chef ever to be awarded three Michelin stars, and Raffaele, co-owner of their celebrated restaurants along with Giovanni, Raffaele’s son and lead on the collaboration, will bring their signature culinary artistry to Crystal’s specialty dining venue located on both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony later this summer. This new menu reaffirms Crystal’s commitment to world-class gastronomy, complementing its distinguished dining portfolio, which includes the only Nobu at sea, Umi Uma, and Beefbar by Riccardo Giraudi. Effective immediately, Crystal is accelerating commission payments, ensuring that advisors receive their earnings sooner than ever before. Under this new industry-leading policy, commissions will now be paid as follows, once a booking is paid in full and within the 100% penalty period:

Standard bookings (cruises under 40 nights): commission paid from 50 days prior to departure.

Standard bookings (cruises over 40 nights): commission paid from 90 days prior to departure.

20% Explorer Fare bookings: commission paid within 30 days of receiving final payment.

Crystal has unveiled a 140-night journey for its 2027 world cruise aboard Crystal Serenity. The world cruise spans 83 destinations, across Alaska, Central and South America, French Polynesia, New Zealand and Australia, as well a comprehensive exploration of Asia. It opens for booking on 27 January 2025, with a waitlist now available, Departing from San Diego on 8 January 2027, the Pacific Rim World Cruise, “Stories of the South Seas”, offers a voyage to 29 countries and four continents and will cross the International Date Line twice. The world cruise will feature several immersive experiences curated by sister brand Abercrombie & Kent. Highlights include guided culinary tours in Thailand, private access to Indonesia’s historic temples and Fijian firewalking ceremonies. There are calls in Easter Island, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, China, South Korea and Japan, before winding down in Alaska with visits to Sitka, Ketchikan and Hubbard Glacier. Luxury line Crystal has inked a deal with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri for construction of a third ocean ship. It is the option granted under the earlier order announced this summer. Similar to its sister ships, the 690-passenger, 61,800-gross-ton ship will feature a promenade extending through the whole ship's perimetre, similar to those on Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. The new ship will house a variety of dining options, including Umi Uma, the only Nobu at sea as well as Beefbar. Crystal will continue offering exclusive entertainment along with Casino de Monte-Carlo which is set to debut on Crystal Symphony this month and Crystal Serenity in December. The new ship will feature all-suite accommodations with private verandas, including a single occupancy category for solo travelers. Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group, said, "We're pleased to bring an expanded fleet to our guests, offering even more ways to explore the world." It comes two years after A&K Travel Group acquired Crystal in 2022. Under A&K Travel Group's leadership, Crystal has been focusing on enhancing its offerings both at sea and on shore.

Luxury line Crystal has expanded its sales team for the UK & EMEA markets with two key hires. It will bolster support for trade partners and achieve strategic growth in the UK and across Europe. Danny Giles, Regional Sales Manager North: joined Crystal on 14 October as part of the UK sales team. He has spent 20 years in the travel industry, 14 of which have been in luxury and expedition cruising. He will play a pivotal role in driving trade sales performance and expanding the market presence of Crystal across Scotland, North of England and Ireland. His main focus will be revitalising and building strong connections with Crystal's travel partners new and old. He reports to Stephen Joyner, Crystal's Senior Sales Manager UK & Ireland. Stefan Nicodemus, Regional Sales Manager Northern Europe: will be joining Crystal's EMEA sales team on 1 November with responsibility for driving trade sales performance and expanding market presence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Scandinavia. He has spent more than 30 years working in the travel industry, including 23 years with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. His focus will be developing strong relationships with trade partners across Northern and Middle Europe. Stefan will report to Michael Steffl, Crystal's Director Trade Sales EMEA. Crystal, the leader in exceptional cruise experiences, has announced details of its brand new Sell Three, Sail Free UK booking incentive which rewards travel advisors with a complimentary suite. To take advantage of this time-limited offer, all advisors need to do is book three Aquamarine Suites, or higher-value category, on qualifying departures before 31^st March 2025 to receive a complimentary suite which they can either use themselves or offer as a bonus to a member of the travelling party of one of the three bookings. Crystal Expands Sales Presence In UK & EMEA With Three New Appointments - News & announcements

As Crystal continues to target growth in the UK and across Europe, the leader in exceptional cruise experiences announced today that it is increasing its focus and support for its trade partners with three new appointments. Ryan Bishop, Regional Sales Manager South. Ryan joined Crystal on 23^rd September as part of the UK sales team. He brings a decade of luxury cruising experience, most recently serving as a cruise director for Seabourn and Viking. Having travelled to every corner of the globe, Ryan has an in-depth understanding of the cruise industry and will play a pivotal role in driving trade sales performance and expanding the market presence of Crystal within his region. His focus will be on revitalising and building strong connections with Crystal’s travel partners - new and old - across the South of England. Ryan will report in to Stephen Joyner, Crystal’s Senior Sales Manager UK & Ireland. Ana Torres, Inside Sales Executive UK & EMEA. Originally from Spain, Ana joined Crystal on 23^rd September. She spent the last few years working in sales co-ordination for a luxury hotel collection where she provided global sales support, focusing on trade marketing, CRM management and client relationships. During her career, she has worked in roles within high-end retail and premium co-working spaces which has given her a well-rounded perspective on customer service and sales. With Ana joining, it brings the London-based Inside Sales team to a total of three. Ana will provide comprehensive support of the reservation system and CRM, and will collaborate with and provide level 2 support for key account partners and General Sales Agents (GSAs). She will work closely with the various teams within the cruise line to promote available resources and monitor ROI on efforts, and will be an integral part of the greater sales team that look after Crystal’s trade partners. Michael Steffl, Director of Sales EMEA. Michael joined Crystal on 1^st September and is responsible for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa trade sales distribution. Having spent more than 20 years with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, he has deep rooted international cruise distribution and brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships which will help position Crystal amongst various key sellers within his regions. We believe that providing our advisor community with personalised one-to-one support is the key to expanding and growing these regions with incredible opportunity to experience Crystal. Luxury line Crystal has joined forces with Traveltek. The new collaboration brings Crystal’s its cruise product to Traveltek’s customer network. Traveltek customers will be able to access detailed itineraries, ship content and make secure bookings. Since its acquisition by A&K Travel Group in 2022, Crystal has undergone a major transformation, relaunching its flagship vessels, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony. This partnership boosts Traveltek’s luxury travel portfolio, enabling a broader range of options.
