Cunard has unveiled the first series of Event Voyages for 2026.  The full programme will be launched in two phases. The first part welcomes back several Cunard favourites to flagship Queen Mary 2 and the brand’s newest ship, Queen Anne. Cunard’s Event Voyages feature exclusive performances and hands-on workshops, with top performers and experts. The cruise line offers five 7-night itineraries from May to November, 2026. These are: London Theatre at Sea with the Olivier Awards Curated by Julian Bird OBE, it features performances from a line-up of theatre talent. There are daytime events and special evening shows throughout the voyage. Cunard ship Queen Mary 2 is collaborating with Sail4th 250, the non-profit overseeing celebrations in the Port of New York and New Jersey for America250. The partnership sees flagship Queen Mary 2 at the heart of the landmark event, offering guests unique vantage point for the celebration. The six-day centerpiece of America's milestone anniversary will feature the largest international flotilla of tall ships and naval vessels ever assembled. Some 17 nations have already committed their tall ships to participate, and the U.S. Navy has invited scores of others. More than 30 tall ships are expected. The celebration will also include festivals, public access to the tall ships, a massive fireworks display, and an exhibition of 18th-century historic documents. Planners expect eight to 10 million spectators to line the 15-mile New York/New Jersey shoreline to view the July 4 parade of tall ships and naval vessels Events are planned from July 3-8, 2026. Cunard has unveiled a new-look Queen Elizabeth ahead of a debut season sailing from Miami and inaugural Alaska voyages from Seattle.   The 2,000-guest ship just completed a refurbishment in Singapore. Queen Elizabeth's debut Alaska season from Seattle begins on June 12, while the inaugural Caribbean voyage from Miami departs on October 16. Queen Elizabeth's spaces, such as the Commodore Club, Queens Room, Garden Lounge, and The Pavilion, have each revitalised. Outdoor decks have also been revamped with more sunshades to the aft deck. The Grills experience has also been elevated. Another standout feature of the refurbishment is the introduction of The Pavilion Wellness Café, which debuted in 2024 on Cunard's newest ship, Queen Anne. This wellness-focused venue will serve breakfast, lunch, and daytime dining with plant-based menu alongside sustainably sourced meat, fish, and dairy. Guests can also enjoy the Harper's Bazaar Wellness at Sea program, first seen on Queen Anne. This industry-first partnership offers three-day wellness packages tailored to relaxation, energy restoration, or recovery. Cunard's newest ship, Queen Anne marked her North American with a maiden call in New York at the weekend. Cunard's first new ship in 14 years spans 14 decks with 15 dining venues, accommodating up to 3,000 guests. Queen Anne's call in New York marks the first stop on a 107-day inaugural world cruise. Cunard has been sailing to New York since 1847, longer than any other cruise line. Cunard’s newest ship Queen Anne has embarked on its 107-night maiden world voyage from Southampton.  It was waved off by spectators and celebrated with a fireworks display late Thursday The 3,000-guest ship will make her first US call in New York on 17 January. Queen Anne will call at 30 different ports across 18 countries. Highlights include calls to Miami, San Francisco, the Panama Canal, Honolulu, Auckland, Sydney, Hong Kong and more. Guests will also cross the International Date Line on 12 February. Queen Anne becomes the 14th ship in Cunard’s history to undertake a full world voyage. Cruise line Cunard has unveiled its Alaska 2026 programme with 23 roundtrip voyages from Seattle. Between April and September 2026, Queen Elizabeth will sail Alaska cruises ranging from 7 to 12 nights. Guests looking for a longer holiday that combines contrasting destinations can enjoy extended voyages of up to 42 nights, taking in the landscapes of Alaska and the sunny Caribbean.
