Newmarket Holidays rolls out combined California-Alaska trip - News & announcements
Newmarket Holidays has expanded its tour and cruising collection with a brand-new group holiday exploring Alaska and the Californian coast.
It is the first operator to combine these two destinations.
The escorted tours specialist has also revamped its popular
Deep South Rhythms, Key West & Bahamas Cruise itinerary, adding extra nights and new stops.
Alaska Cruise & America’s Great West is a 17-day land and sea journey along America's west coast, starting with five-days visiting Santa Monica, Hollywood, Sunset Boulevard, Santa Barbara and San Francisco, with a variety of guided tours and free time to explore each destination.
Guests then board the MS Carnival Luminosa to cruise through the North Pacific, enjoying two days of on-board relaxation before stopping at the Alaskan capital of Juneau.
Guests will then visit the Gold Rush town of Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjord, Alaska's first city of Ketchikan, and a final stop at Prince Rupert, British Columbia.
Prices start from £3,510 per person (saving £389 until 13 March), including five nights’ room-only hotel accommodation, 10 nights’ full-board accommodation on the MS Carnival Luminosa, excursions, tours, transfers, internal flights and return flights to Heathrow
Departures are in August and September 2026.
Newmarket Holidays has expanded the 2027 version of its
Deep South Rhythms, Key West & Bahamas Cruise itinerary by adding two extra days in Nashville, the heartland of country music.
On the 17-day tour, explore the American South before boarding Carnival Liberty for a seven-night voyage across the Gulf of Mexico, stopping at Key West and continuing into the Northern Caribbean for Nassau and then Grand Bahama.
It includes a stop at Celebration Key, Carnival’s new private destination opening this year.
Prices start from £3,924 per person (saving £435 until 13 March) and include eight nights’ room-only hotel accommodation, seven nights’ full-board accommodation aboard Carnival Liberty, excursions, transfers, internal flights and return flights to Heathrow.
Departures are in April 2027.
