Carnival Cruise Line has revealed it will welcome a 90-guest wedding party onboard next year.
The group, which booked through Hays Travel, will travel on a seven-day Eastern Caribbean cruise from Miami, departing November 9, 2025, on Carnival Celebration. Ports of call include Celebration Key, Carnival’s exclusive destination, located on the island of Grand Bahama; San Juan; and St. Thomas. A selection of the guests have also booked to do a back-to-back voyage, calling at Grand Turk, Amber Cove, Nassau and Celebration Key. The booking is valued at over £120,000.
Luke Smith, director – UK & international sales at Carnival Cruise Line, said: “We’ve seen a clear increase in the number of groups choosing to sail with Carnival, as guests look to mark key milestones with their family and friends. This wedding party booking will be the perfect way for guests to celebrate a special occasion and we cannot wait to welcome everyone onboard. We’d like to thank our partners at Hays Travel for their hard work and support in making this possible.”
Charlotte Hopkin, a Hays Travel Personal Travel Consultant homeworker who secured the booking, said: “The customer has booked with me before and got in touch asking for ideas on how to celebrate her wedding. It needed to be a fun and lively cruise, with something that catered for all ages. Carnival was the one that ticked all the boxes. The Carnival groups department held off around 50 cabins, so it gave customers plenty of time to book if they couldn’t afford to do so straight away. This made the process so much easier.”
