  • Chicken nuggets available this spring as one in five Brits consider them the ultimate comfort food*
  • Premium brands including fragrances from Jo Malone, Tom Ford and Burberry join the SHOP range

easyJet has launched its onboard range for summer, offering a new selection of hot meals, snacks, and drinks as well as a new curated collection of premium fragrance and beauty products.

The newly named CAFE and SHOP range has taken off on flights departing today as the busy summer travel season kicks off, which will see easyJet operate its biggest ever summer flying programme.

Following the popularity of Costa Coffee classics including Americano, Cappuccino and Salted Caramel Latte onboard, the airline will now introduce Costa Coffee’s Iced Caramel Latte for those looking for a refreshing spring pick me up at 30,000ft.

A hot breakfast can also be enjoyed any time with a new all-day Breakfast Wrap which will replace the Bacon Roll, while a new Chicken Teriyaki with Jasmin Rice hot meal becomes part of the hot meal range.

Long-time fan-favourites Gammon and Cheddar Cheese Toasties and Margherita Pizza remain firm fixtures on the light bites menu. The airline is also introducing Crispy Chicken Nuggets this April which is loved by kids and adults alike, with one in five Brits considering it the ultimate comfort food.*

For customers looking for some retail therapy from the comfort of their seat, the airline is now offering even more popular brands and products which are perfect for a last-minute holiday purchase or a present for a loved one on the way home.

New additions include fragrances by premium brands Jo Malone, Tom Ford and Burberry, beauty products by L’Oreal and L’Occitane, and sunglasses from Karen Millen and Ted Baker – with some great discounts to be had off the high street price.

Russell Braterman, easyJet’s Inflight Retail Director, commented:

“We are always looking for ways to enhance our customers’ onboard experience, which includes providing our customers with great food and drink choices to enjoy during their flight, no matter where and when they are travelling.

“We always listen to our customers’ feedback which is why we’ve introduced a number of delicious new additions to our CAFE menu as well as world-class premium brands in our SHOP, offering brilliant products for our range of customers and their needs as we fly them to destinations across Europe and beyond.”
