Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, the elegant Venetian hotel and former flour mill on Giudecca island, is delighted to announce the launch of ‘Shades of Venice’, the new signature cocktail menu at its iconic Skyline Rooftop Bar.
Available from May 2026 at Venice’s highest rooftop bar, ‘Shades of Venice’ is far more than a cocktail menu, it’s a sensory journey through the city itself. Inspired by Venice’s contrasts of light and shadow, water and stone, and openness and intimacy, the new collection transforms colours, reflections and atmospheres into a series of visual and aromatic experiences.
Built around six distinct colours, each representing a unique aromatic direction inspired by a specific place and moment within Venice, the menu invites guests to explore cocktails according to their mood, the time of day, or their preferred level of intensity. Each colour features three cocktails created across progressive levels of intensity, from alcohol-free to deeper after-dinner drinks.
The collection also includes an intuitive icon system and an interactive digital experience, helping guests discover their ideal cocktail and learn more about the inspiration behind each creation. Simply scan the QR code on the menu to learn more.
The four intensity levels shape not only the alcohol content, but also the mood of the drink: Silent offers elegant non-alcoholic drinks; Light delivers fresh, vibrant aperitivo-style cocktails; Mild introduces greater depth and structure; while Dark presents rich, sensual after-dinner drinks with a more dramatic profile.
