Cruise Plus’ Head of Product, Mark Henderson, shared, “As part of the dnata UK B2B family, Cruise Plus has access to an unparalleled array of luxury product across accommodation, touring, rail journeys, day tours and flights – all which pairs perfectly with the offering from our luxury cruise line partners. This allows our dedicated team of sales consultant to craft ultra-luxury itineraries across air, land and sea.”
Henderson continued, “There have been phenomenal investments and growth over the last few years within the luxury cruise sector – including the launch of new cruise lines such as Explora Journeys and the expansion into luxury expedition cruising by Seabourn. We understand the importance of knowledge and expertise within this sector, and are therefore very excited to introduce Luxury by Cruise Plus. With an elevated look and feel, we believe this truly complements and showcases the very best that ultra-luxury cruise has to offer.”
Investment into service and agent tools is a clear priority for Cruise Plus and the other dnata B2B brands, Gold Medal, Pure Luxury and Incredible Journeys. The brand also enhanced their micro-site in June, meaning agents can easily identify the Luxury by Cruise Plus offering and navigate through to an array of marketing content and travel inspiration.
