Industry Veteran Joins Iconic Resort For Next Phase of Growth
The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas welcomes Tony Yousfi to its pioneering executive team as Chief Sales Officer. Yousfi’s previous roles earned him nationwide recognition for long-term success in hotel sales, convention services, catering, and large-scale project management.

Yousfi brings 18 years of valuable hospitality experience, including his most recent roles as Senior Vice President of Sales, Catering, and Conference Services for Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and before that, Chief Growth Officer of Carver Road Hospitality and Vice President of Sales, Services, Catering, Group Dining, and Weddings for MGM Resorts International. Beginning his career as a national sales manager, Yousfi accelerated his career through his vital contributions to various multi-million-dollar, large-scale projects. In 2019, Yousfi was awarded the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Top 25 Award for his exhibition of exceptional leadership and contributions to the hospitality industry.
“The Venetian Resort is iconic and really changed the landscape of meetings and conventions in Las Vegas,” said Yousfi. “I’m thrilled to join this team and build upon its legacy as a leader in the MICE industry.”
Yousfi’s long history as a leader in Las Vegas hospitality combined with his knowledge of strategic planning will aid The Resort’s continued expansion and dedicated efforts to enhancing the overall customer experience. Yousfi is an active member of industry organizations including American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP).
