Traveltek is delighted to announce it has renewed its partnership with Hays Travel, the UK’s largest independent travel agent, for an additional three years.
This extended collaboration reinforces the strong relationship between the two companies and reflects a shared commitment to innovation, exceptional service, and delivering cutting-edge travel solutions.
For over 15 years, Traveltek has been proud to support Hays Travel with its suite of iSell technology, enabling operational efficiency through its cloud-based product and enhancing customer satisfaction. This renewal ensures that the partners continue working closely together, driving further growth and success.
Mal Barritt, CEO of Traveltek commented: “In the last few years, we have worked together on a number of initiatives, and it has been fantastic to see Hays Travel adopting new technology, with a new iSell Connect booking journey, helping cruise agents enjoy a more modern look and feel on the cruise search, and an enhanced Cruise PNR development to automate Cruise bookings.”
Traveltek also supports the new Hays Travel loyalty app, through its strategic partnership with the team at Digitaltravel.io and were delighted to see this project come to fruition following their customer event last year. As a technology provider, part of Traveltek’s role is to introduce and recommend technology partners to its customers to enhance the customer booking experience.
Barritt added: “Hays Travel has been an exceptional partner to Traveltek and we are thrilled to be further extending our collaboration. This partnership exemplifies our shared commitment to innovation and delivering outstanding experiences for both agents and customers. As we look to 2025 and beyond, we’re excited to continue driving digital transformation together with cutting-edge solutions.”
