Friday, Jan 05, 2024 0

The Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World is lining up for another showstopping year in 2024 with a host of new openings and events taking place over the next 12 months. Building on its growing sports legacy, the destination will host Super Bowl LVIII in February, marking a milestone for the nation’s most-watched sporting event. Las Vegas’ culinary scene is also expanding, with enticing new restaurants and foodie events taking place, and following the much-anticipated opening of Fontainebleau in December 2023 and the announcement of Virgin Atlantic’s new direct flight from Manchester, Las Vegas could not be better prepared to welcome visitors in 2024.

Super Bowl to take centre stage in Las Vegas for the first time in 2024

The 2024 Super Bowl will take place on 11 February 2024 at the Allegiant Stadium with R&B star Usher set to headline the half-time show. This will be the first time ever that America’s most viewed sporting event will be played in Las Vegas, and with last year’s Super Bowl attracting  a viewership of 99.18 million, it is no doubt that it will be a game-changing moment for both the sport and destination, bringing a whole new level of excitement to the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World.
