VisitBritain is proud to share some of the best restaurant guides in Britain incorporating Michelin Guide- fining dining restaurants; sustainable cooking practices; farm- or sea-to-table; immigrant chefs creating a fusion between more traditional British cuisine and dishes from their home countries; modern takes on iconic dishes incorporating new cooking techniques or different types of produce. Some of these restaurants have been included in CNT Traveller’s list of Best Restaurants in London and the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

- Ikoyi – London, England (2 Michelin Stars): Ikoyi’s bold menu by Chef Jeremy Chan draws inspiration from Nigerian cuisine and incorporates a variety of flavours and ingredients largely unknown in Europe, distinguishing Ikoyi as London’s first African-inspired restaurant to receive a Michelin Star.
- Kol – London, England (1 Michelin Star): ‘Nomadic Chef’ Santiago Lastra combines British ingredients, Central American flavours and Mexican flair to create an authentic and inventive offering at this award-winning restaurant and cocktail bar in Mayfair.
