On-call masseuses, a chauffeur and a Maybach car that sells for $375,000 that buyers get to keep.

The package, despite its price, is still far less than a $100 million trip to the moon or a $75 million fleet of yachts listed by Robb Report’s Ultimate Gift Guide.
