A 'stretch season' is extending summer travel into the fall

A lost summer of travel restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has led to an upending of normal travel seasonality. There are many Americans who have had to forego a summer vacation, so will the travel season now extend into the fall?

The answer is probably yes, according to MMGY Travel Intelligence’s Travel Intentions Pulse Survey. It says more than half are more likely to take a fall leisure trip compared to previous years.
