The property is officially opened on August 1995, they are the world-renowned, international venue that has the perfect location for meetings, conventions and exhibitions.

Situated in the Central Business District, at the heart of a self-contained, totally integrated events infrastructure. In addition to its first-class facilities.

The candidate is responsible for the day to day facilities and maintenance operations of the Centre in order that the facilities services of the centre are kept at a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

** Leads a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure that day to day facilities management and maintenance services and processes are kept at a consistently high standard that is required to support our operational needs.

** Plan, support and execute comprehensive facility management programs, systems, services for the centre. Implement maintenance services to ensure availability and optimum functioning of the centre at all times.

** Develops and maintain partnership with contractors and/or vendors for all aspects of utilities and building management

** Foster good team-morale and maintaining discipline and integrity within the departments.

** Provide leadership to subordinates by leading, directing, motivating and developing subordinates to deliver their functional roles and responsibilities to their best ability.

Requirements:

** Diploma or Degree in Estate Management/Building Services or its equivalent.

** Professional qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

** Minimum 5 years of comprehensive experience in building maintenance, facilities or project management, with 3 years in a managerial capacity

** Proficient knowledge of facilities systems, services and programs

** Able to lead a team of maintenance/technical staff to oversee facilities, operations and maintenance

** Strong analytical, coordination, negotiation and organizational skills.

** A team player who is able to work with all internal customers and multi-tasked

** Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, numerical and computer savvy
