Active Hotels secures deal with Multimap.com to reach four million more customers.

Active Hotels, a leading provider of confirmed online reservations to the independent hotel industry in Europe, has secured a deal to provide hotel information and real-time reservation capabilities for Multimap.com.

Multimap.com is one of the UK’s top 10 most visited websites with an audience of over four million users per month. It is Europe’s leading provider of mapping and location-based services, delivering more online maps, point-to-point driving directions and geo-spatial (“where’s my nearest?”) searches to more users than any other supplier in Europe.

Active Hotels provides both availability and pricing information for over 2,000 UK hotels and over 250 hotels in France. Active Hotels will continue to develop its service for Multimap.com with plans to include hotel search functionality on Multimap.com’s PDA interface and provide access to special offer hotel breaks for MyMultimap users.
