Advantage selects Conferma hotel booking system
Advantage has signed Manchester-based hotel booking system Conferma as a preferred supplier to its 800 member travel agents.
Members will gain a comprehensive range of rates and room inventory from traditional sources such as the GDS combined with non-traditional rates such as web rates.
The Conferma system collates information from all sources and provides it to agents on a single screen.
Advantage technology manager Jon Smiles said: “We have conducted detailed benchmarking with a number of other companies in the sector and found Conferma to be a far superior product.
“Its solution is fast, accurate and flexible thereby dramatically reducing the burden of booking and reconciliation for our travel agents”
