Aer Lingus’ rewards programme celebrates two million members
Aer Lingus’ rewards programme AerClub just welcomed its two millionth member.
AerClub launched in 2016.
Last year saw a surge in new members with 500,000 joining.
About 400,000 are UK AerClub members.
Aer Lingus’ rewards programme members have taken over seven million flights.
The most frequently travelled routes by UK members include Heathrow – Dublin, Gatwick – Dublin and Manchester – Dublin.
To celebrate the milestone, AerClub is giving away over two million Avios to members.
Avios is the reward currency for AerClub.
It can be collected flying, with retail partners and ‘online’ via the AerClub eStore.
Members can use Pay with Avios for up to 100% of the cost of an Aer Lingus flight.
They can also spend Avios on hotels, car hire, and Business Class upgrades to and from North America.
