Agents urged to make GDS cruise bookings

Tuesday, 05 Mar, 2004 0

Agents are being encouraged to book cruises by GDS rather than the telephone. Amadeus has tied up with P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Swan Helenic to offer the chance for agents to win £25 vouchers when they book any of the partner lines through the system. Agents using Amadeus Cruise to make reservations with the P&O companies will be automatically entered into a weekly prize draw. A separate ‘fastest finger’ competition for agents who think they are making the quickest bookings on the system qualifies them to win goodie bags. The booking incentive started this week and runs until 23 May.
