Air Astana restores full domestic and international network
Kazakhstan airline Air Astana has now fully restored its network of domestic and international services.
It includes regular flights to Colombo, Male, Phuket, London, Dubai, Antalya, Dushanbe (Tajikistan) and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan).
Air Astana has also revised its re-booking and refund policy regarding tickets for flights scheduled before 31 January 2022.
Passengers may change the departure date to any day before 28 February 2022 or apply for a full refund at least 24 hours prior to the original departure date.
As of 19 January 2022, the Air Astana call-centre will be open from 08:00 to midnight daily.
Ticketing offices in Almaty and Nur-Sultan airports are open 24/7.
