Air India, AirAsia sign interline pact
Air India and AirAsia India have signed a cooperation allowing passengers to transfer on either airline in the event of disruption. The airlines now share a common owner after Tata Group’s acquisition of Air India.
The ‘interline consideration on irregular operations’ agreement is in force for two years. It is the first official cooperation between Tata owned airlines since it completed the purchase of Air India.
