Air India restarts full US flight schedule
Air India will resume a full US flight schedule today. AI said Boeing has cleared airlines to operate B777 aircraft in the US after the 5G rollout was limited over air safety concerns.
Air India cancelled B777 services earlier this week and will operate a full schedule from Friday by reinstating Mumbai-Newark flights. 5G can potentially interfere with radio altimeters which can affect the ability to conduct low-visibility landings.
