Air India vowed to review its onboard alcohol policy after a drunk passenger caused outrage.

CEO Campbell Wilson tweeted an apology after a ‘heavily inebriated’ man urinated on a woman in business class.

“Air India acknowledges that it could have handled this better.”

Four cabin crew and a pilot were taken off duty while an investigation is carried out.

The man has been banned from flying for 30 days.
