Air New Zealand signs deal with STA Travel
Air New Zealand has signed a three year partnership with STA Travel to boost revenue and promote inbound tourism to the youth and student market.
The deal will focus on generating sales using STA Travel’s global distribution network in the priority markets of New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, North America and Asia.
Air New Zealand chief sales and commercial officer Cam Wallace said: "This agreement presents an opportunity to further develop our new markets such as Vietnam, Singapore and Argentina whilst also strengthening existing inbound travel to New Zealand and Australia from key markets like North America, where there is strong demand from the student and youth market.
"In addition to their expertise in the student and youth market, STA Travel’s broader customer segments provide significant opportunity for future growth and we look forward to working together in this venture."
