AirAsia restarting more Thailand domestic routes
AirAsia will resume more domestic flight routes ahead of Thailand’s next reopening phase. It is retasrting flights from Bangkok Don Mueang to Krabi, Loei, Nan, Phitsanulok, Sakon Nakhon, Surat Thani, and Trang.
Flights resume in mid-October. It will also restart Chiang Mai flights to Phuket and Hua Hin. In September AirAsia reinstated 11 flight routes across the the country.
Thailand’s next reopening phase including Bangkok, Chiang Mai and other provinces has been pushed back from this month and will likely go ahead in Noveber subject to vaccination progress.
