Airlines hope to lure travelers with 2-for-1 flight deals
Carriers in the US like Alaska Air, and Ryanair in the UK have been offering 2-for-1 deals for the first time just to get people on planes again. Essentially selling tickets at half-price won’t miraculously save an airline’s business but does help to drum up demand.
They are banking on cheap deals being a big incentive in getting customers over the fear of flying right now.
