Alligator spotted strolling around Port Canaveral

An unlikely visitor was spotted taking a stroll around Port Canaveral’s empty cruise terminals.

With no ships and no passengers to get in the way, an eight-foot alligator took a leisurely cruise around the deserted facilities.

The ‘unlikely cruise terminal visitor’ was snapped and the image posted to the port’s Twitter account.

"Eight foot gator pays a visit to Port Canaveral’s CT10 looking for a cruise outa here!" it tweeted.

The terminal has been closed to cruise ships since mid-March and may remain off-limits for humans a least, for another month.

The US Centers for Disease Control imposed a ‘no sail’ order for large cruise ships until late July.
