Amadeus Cruise Portal launched in UK and Ireland

To support the strong demand for cruise holidays with multiple lines gearing up to restart operations in the UK, Amadeus is rolling out Amadeus Cruise Portal.

This global solution is now available in the United Kingdom and Ireland, just in time for the highly anticipated restart and expansion of UK domestic itineraries.

It features rich multimedia content, enhanced functionality and the flexibility to dynamically package fly and cruise itineraries.

Agents get access to bookable content from 20+ leading cruise lines – including for the first time, river cruise companies – offering a comprehensive range of options.

Travel agents and cruise specialists will be able to upsell pre-and post-cruise content such as air, hotel, or transfers and easily offer cruise upgrades.

This automated solution puts everything at the agents’ fingertips, enabling them to work in real-time from a single screen, without the time-consuming practice of logging onto different websites, each with a different workflow.

Amadeus Cruise Portal integrates with Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, which allows it to be accessed from anywhere on any internet connected device at any time.

Features include easy itinerary and offer comparisons, real-time pricing and a variety of multimedia content.

In a single click, travel agents can synchronise the booking with the cruise line which ensures accurate data at all times.

Amadeus offers two more versions of the Cruise Portal – Standard White Label and Premium.

The Standard White Label version offers B2B and B2C booking environments, dynamic packaging for those who purchase air, customer branding, user and rules management, and cruise line preferencing.

The Premium White Label offers all the features of the standard version, along with cruise groups management, exchange rate module as well as a payment gateway integration.
