American Airlines flight turns back over anti-masker
A London bound American Airlines flight reversed course and returned to Miami due to a passenger refusing to wear a mask. The female passenger in first class refused to comply and became disruptive.
Miami-Dade police said the woman was dealt with ‘administratively’ by the airline and was not arrested.
The FAA logged thousands of unruly passenger incidents last year, and about two-thirds were mask related.
