American CEO ‘disturbed’ by passengers’ disruptive behavior
American Airlines CEO Doug Parker urged an ‘aggressive criminal prosecution’ for the passenger who attacked a flight attendant this week, calling it ‘one of the worst displays of unruly behavior we’ve ever witnessed.’
The flight attendant suffered a broken nose after being punched by a man who has been banned from flying with American for life.
The New York to Orange County flight was forced to divert to Denver. The FBI is investigating the incident.
