Association of ATOL companies looks to woo agents with special offer

Tuesday, 18 Jun, 2012 0

The Association of ATOL companies (AAC) is offering new members a special membership rate of £199 for applications made before the end of June.

It says the offer is designed to help companies deal with the complexities of the new ATOL regulations.

"We recognise that the changes are not simple and our experience in advising ATOL holders is second to none. If agents need a helping hand, then now is the time to ask for help and we will be happy to guide them through the maze," said Alan Bowen, legal adviser to the AAC.

In what appears to be a veiled dig at ABTA, he added: "We are aware that a number of associations have renewal dates in July and recognise that it may be difficult for one association to be all things to all people.

“We have a single purpose, to represent, advise and protect the interests of Atol holders. We focus on the needs and concerns of those companies holding Atol licences.”

Further details are available online at www.aac-uk.org or from the membership manager Ian Hawkes by email to [email protected].
