At least 36 dead in Istanbul airport attack
The Turkish justice minister has reported at least 36 have died and more than 140 have been injured after three suspects blew themselves up at Ataturk Airport in Istanbul.
The attackers detonated explosives at the entrance of the international terminal before entering the x-ray security check area, minister Bekir Bozdag confirmed.
Reports say one of the terrorists first opened fire with a Kalashnikov in the drop-off area before he blew himself up.
Flights have been diverted.
