An island off Madeira is to be served by a weekly charter flight from the UK for the first time next summer.
Specialist operator Atlantic Holidays is to run the flights to Porto Santo from Gatwick between May 5 and October 27.
The island, a favourite with Portuguese holidaymakers with its nine kilometres of sand beaches, is currently only accessible by ferry or a short flight from Madeira.
