Avis Rent-A-Car is encouraging customer feedback with the launch of its blog site, www.wetryharder.co.uk.
Avis will use the site to pass on useful tips to leisure and business travellers and allow customers to share their experiences, give feedback and ask questions.
Avis UK commercial director Daniel McCarthy said: “We’ve been reading some of what customers have to say about car hire on other blog sites and felt it was our duty to offer them this online community site.”
