BA and easyJet respond to criticism over vouchers
Passengers who have received vouchers from British Airways and easyJet say they’ve found it difficult to redeem them for cash or to use them to make a new booking.
BA told MailOnline it was doing everything it could and asked passengers to ‘bear with us’. EasyJet said it had drafted in extra resources to help reduce queue times.
