Blacklane seals business class airport transfer partnership with Hainan Airlines
Chinese carrier Hainan Airlines has teamed up with Blacklane which will offer complimentary chauffeured rides for select business class customers.
Blacklane is the exclusive partner for airport transfers at all seven of Hainan’s US gateways – Boston Logan, Chicago O’Hare, Las Vegas McCarran, Los Angeles, New York JFK, Seattle and Mineta San Jose Airports.
The service features co-branded pickup signs, Mandarin and English-speaking customer service, and local US and China numbers for customer requiring any immediate assistance.

The Blacklane tie-up is part of Hainan’s vision to enhance the customer experience and offer a ‘truly integrated, high-quality door-to-door journey," it said.
Hainan’s select business class customers receive a personalized Blacklane experience with real-time flight tracking to improve pick-up efficiency, driver meet-and-greet service and baggage assistance.
Blacklane now serves 72 airports in the US and 250 globally.
