Blue Diamond Resorts has rolled out an Online Pre-Check In service for stays at Royalton and Planet Hollywood.
It is a secure online platform that significantly reduces check-in times and allows guests to fast-track their stay.
The new initiative allows guests to start the registration process before they arrive on property.
Research from the brand shows, on average, guests who complete the pre-check in process will experience a check-in time that is 50% faster than completing the process on arrival.
Guests that use the Online Pre-Check-In service can proceed directly to the fast-track line to have their pre-registered documents validated and pick up their AI wrist bands.
Guests who want use the service can access their specific hotel’s page on either www.royaltonresorts.com or www.planethollywoodhotels.com by clicking the “Online Pre-Check-In” option.
They will be taken through the check in process online.
QR codes are also available at each resort, allowing guests to instantly access the Online Pre-Check-In tool and skip the regular check-in queue.
