Board appointment at Travelzest

Travelzest has appointed James Brooke as a non-executive director.

Brooke, 40, is an investment manager at Henderson Global Investors Limited, the company’s largest single shareholder.

A statement from Travelzest said neither Brooke nor Henderson will receive any remuneration from this appointment.
