Breaking out the champagne’¦uh, beer’¦in Milwaukee

Friday, 02 Feb, 2012 0

Milwaukee has long been known for its beer, and the Potawatomi Casino is not as famous but wait:  The largest Native American casino in the US has long been without a hotel, but no longer. A four-star hotel on the casino property in the Memomonee Valley will be 20 stories tall with 380 rooms.

It should add a dramatic increase to the current six million visitors a year who gamble there.

"That’s going to be a tourism magnet for Milwaukee. There’s no reason to believe this hotel will be anything but a resounding success," said Steve Jagler of the BizTimes.
