Busch Gardens Tampa preps opening of new theme park coaster

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay announced the opening date for  new theme park coaster ride.

The Serengeti Flyer will open on February 27.

It becomes the world’s tallest and fastest ride of its kind,

With each swing, riders gradually soar higher above Busch Gardens’s 65-acre Serengeti Plain.

Riders experience multiple negative-G moments before plunging back to the ground.

Serengeti Flyer features twin duelling arms that soar progressively higher, reaching speeds of 68 mph’

It rises to a maximum height of 135 feet.

Guests will be seated back-to-back in rows of 10 across two gondolas, allowing for 40 guests to experience the ride at once.
