Call-link provides voice solutions for Cyprair
Tour operator Cyprair has turned to Call-link to supply inbound voice solutions across a range of its key services.
The travel industry’s only true total technology provider has put in place 20 premium rate 0870 numbers for the tour operator. They cover Cyprair’s reservations service, faxlines, ticketing and administration functions.
Cyprair is the latest company to realise the value of Call-link’s voice solutions, following in the footsteps of several other tour operators and blue chip companies such as Lloyds of London, Bearings Investment Services and various NHS Trusts.
Relying upon the reputation of the communications specialist, Cyprair gave Call-link an initial time target of four days for installation. The team surpassed all expectations by getting the first line up and running within 30 minutes of being commissioned.
George Lambrou, IT Manager for Cyprair Holidays comments: ”I was very impressed not only with the immediate response received, but also with the interest and meticulous care Call-link took in ensuring we chose the best options, not only in terms of costs but, perhaps more importantly, in terms of the correct business requirements.”
Call-link managing director David Myers adds: “A quick turnaround was crucial for Cyprair and we pulled out all the stops to meet their needs, but other customers will testify that such high service levels are commonplace when dealing with Call-link.
“Cyprair is the latest addition to a long list of operators who turn to us for data and voice solutions, making Call-link the only true total technology provider in the marketplace. Unlike other providers, our expertise and customer base stretches across all areas of travel technology, with the industry turning to us for front and back office, voice, data network and web-based solutions.”
Discussions are now taking place between Cyprair and Call-link about extending their relationship into other areas of technology.
