Canada’s Covid entry restrictions will remain in place for at least another month, the Public Health Agency of Canada says.

It follows a defeated opposition motion to end all pre-pandemic curbs for inbound travel.

It means the continuation of vaccine requirements, random Covid-19 tests and the use of the ArriveCan app for international travellers. .

Masks are also required on planes and trains.

Pressure has been mounting on the government to finally ditch Covid border restrictions
