Canadian LCC Swoop adding new flights to Florida, Vegas
Canadian low cost carrier has added new routes out of Winnipeg to four US vacation hotspots.
The new flights kicked off at the weekend to Las Vegas, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Tampa.
The seasonal services operate twice a week through late April.
"It marks an exciting milestone for Winnipeg travelers, gaining access to more destinations across North America at an affordable price," said Steven Greenway, president of Swoop.
Swoop also added a flight from Winnipeg Richardson International Airport to Los Cabos, which has a weekly frequency until December 18, and then twice a week from April 23, 2020.
It takes the number of routes served by WestJet-backed Swoop at Winnipeg to 11.
