Carlson Wagonlit Travel has appointed Trudy Rautio, president and chief executive officer of Carlson, chairman of the CWT board of directors.
Rautio has served as a member of the CWT board since August 2006. She succeeds Hubert Joly, who resigned from the CWT board on August 17 to join Best Buys as CEO.
Joly was the first non-family member to run Carlson and Rautio is only it’s fifth CEO.
