Carrier launches cut-priced transatlantic fares
Low-cost transatlantic carrier Norwegian has introduced its lowest fare from Boston to London-Gatwick, with prices starting at $159 per person, one way.
Return flights are slightly more expensive, but still good value, at $215.80 one way.
The cut-priced deal is for Boston-Gatwick flights from February 2017.
The fare is Norwegian’s lowest ever long-haul fare as the airline continues its expansion out of the UK with the introduction of new Boeing 787 Dreamliners and more routes.
The carrier’s chief commercial officer Thomas Ramdahl said: "By introducing our lowest ever fare to one of our most popular destinations shows that Norwegian is the best way to the USA."
Boston became the carrier’s sixth US destination from Gatwick in March, with four flights a week.
New Gatwick-Las Vegas flights start on October 31.
